Cookies & storage

Updated 23 September 2026

Dayframe’s application code sets no cookies and adds no advertising or analytics trackers.

Storage used for the app

The browser storage entry dayframe.v1 holds your tasks, notes, focus-session history and timer so they can reappear when you return. It is functional storage for the planner you choose to use, not an advertising identifier. It stays in the current browser until cleared.

No optional tracking is offered, so Dayframe does not display an “accept all cookies” banner or request marketing consent. If optional tracking is introduced in a future version, the relevant information and controls must be added before it is enabled.

Hosting storage

ChatGPT Sites and its sign-in layer may use essential cookies or other storage to provide secure access and hosting. Those mechanisms are separate from the planner’s code. See OpenAI’s cookie policy and the privacy policy.

Control your data

Export a backup from the workspace before clearing data if you wish to keep it. “Clear local data” removes the planner data on this browser. Your browser’s site settings can also clear or block storage and cookies; doing so may sign you out and prevent saving. Blocking storage does not make unsaved changes durable. Downloaded backups remain on your device until you delete them.
